Kody, Trevon, and Bubba were the best. We had never used movers before, and were hesitant, but after using them, we can surely say that they made the move totally seamless. Very upbeat, very efficient, and overall great service. Highly recommend! Thanks again you guys!

Updated: The lies in the owners response to me are epic. Wow!!If I could give this company a negative five stars I would. This was the most horrendous move I have ever experienced. Let me preface the following by saying that I have moved about 18 times in my life and have dealt with a number of both local movers and national moving companies. This one has been the worst. The woman on the phone asked me how many bedrooms I had and how many square feet, that was it. I was told they would send three men and a large truck. I sold my house and had to be out the day they were to do the move as there were other people waiting to move in. First, they were supposed to be there at 9am and I received a call at 9am to tell me they would be there between 9:30 and 9:45am. Second, a couple of hours into the move they significantly damaged a $1,000.00 bookshelf that was part of a library unit. Each unit runs $1,000.00 a piece and there were five units. Upon further inspection, they damaged a second unit along with scraping it against the wall leaving a large beige paint mark across the top of the unit. Several other pieces of furniture had large scrapes across the wood damaging the surface. It took them TWELVE HOURS to move a 2,900 square foot house that had all boxes packed and minimal loose items to take. The only furniture they had to disassemble were two beds, a treadmill, disconnect washer and dryer and pull shelves out of bookshelf and china cabinet. No packing, no major disassembly. Here is where it gets really good. I had a Life fitness treadmill which is the type you normally find in gyms. They did not disassemble it and left it last to put on the truck. It is not a difficult disassemble, it requires a phillips screwdriver and a crescent wrench to get the top off. At around 6pm I am told the truck is full and they will have to come back for the treadmill and the items in the garage. A little while later I get a call that the first truck won’t go back to finish what was left because it would be too late. So, they sent a second truck to pick up the treadmill and the items in the garage. The second truck gets there and one of the guys asks me if I have a screwdriver. I said “no, not anymore”. The house is empty at this point, I have nothing. They load some of the stuff in the garage and mess around with the treadmill for about twenty minutes before they decide to inform me that they will not take the treadmill. It’s too heavy, insurance won’t cover it, and I have to call someone else to move it, nor do they take lawnmowers that have gas in them. Funny, the guys that delivered the treadmill to my house - there were two of them - didn’t seem to have a problem with moving the thing. That’s brilliant, really brilliant, nothing like waiting till the last minute to inform the customer that, oh by the way, we don’t take this, and we don’t take that. There is NOTHING on their website nor in the quote that they provide that informs customers that they do not take certain items. So, I’m left to frantically try to find someone a 7pm to try to help me move this treadmill out of the house. It cost me $4,000.00 to move my stuff 9 miles down the road. Over $2,000.00 for the move and another $2,000.00 in damage to my furniture. There were scrapes, nicks and bumps on multiple pieces of furniture. I expect a few but not this many. Not to mention the stress of being told sorry, we don’t take that, and you need to find someone else. In addition, they when they unloaded, they just dropped stuff wherever they dropped it. I had smaller light weight bookshelves and a desk that were supposed to go upstairs, and they left them all downstairs. I was not present for the unloading; my friend was at the house where the unload was taking place as I was at the other house dealing with the second truck. I did this same move two years ago from California to Tennessee with the exact same furniture and it went seamlessly with no damage whatsoever to any of my items. Say away, stay far away from this company if you want a stress free and damage free move.

We contracted this company to move us a few miles down the road. They sent three young adults to move us. I had to constantly asked the guys to move more than one box at a time, even though we had all the boxes stacked and ready. A long story short. The guys kept stopping to talk to the ladies rather than actually move things.We ended up having several several items destroyed and our new house and old house took extensive damage that the company refused to own up to. We had several several items absolutely smashed or horribly scratched. The guys took off with our stuff still in the back of the truck for a 45 minute lunch and finally showed back up almost three hours later and wanted to charge us for this time as well.After several con with the lady at the Master Movers office and sending photos of the damaged items and houses she stopped returning our calls. They refused to take responsibility for all the items damaged as well as both houses that were clearly beat up from the guys just dragging large items like the table, bed, and couch. I honestly feel less damage could have been done if I just paid a few local teenagers to move stuff.I would HIGHLY suggest using any other company to move your household or business.

We will use master movers from now on! Dustin, Mike, Trevon, Carlos, and CJ were so great! They were very professional and worked great with the crazy way my hubby packed our storage unit. They were so careful moving all of our things in to our new home. No scratches at all. They really seemed to care! And they were very respectful. Can’t thank them enough for making this move so easy!

Had the pleasure of having Dustin, Trevon, and TJ handle my move within Nashville. They arrived promptly and were quick to being working. The entire experience, even the heaviest items seemed effortless for them and they answered all of my questions and were pleasant to talk with throughout the process. On the unloading end, items were placed carefully and checked for any damage in transit. As someone who has moved multiple times over the past few years these guys were worth every penny. Moving is stressful enough but when you have a honest and thoughtful leader like Dustin handling your needs it made the whole process fly by. I would recommend them to anyone!

We were out of the country and had several friends and family coordinating the details of our move. Being so far away, I was anxious about everything running smoothly. My roommate and I had a great experience with Master Movers! They moved us into our new place in less time than estimated, and were very knowledgeable and friendly. From start to finish, this is by far the very best moving company that I have ever used!!! I have moved many times and have fragile items. They were very careful and considerate! It was a smooth confirmation process and they were on time!!! The team of men were fantastic! Whoever hired and trained them to work for this company did an outstanding job. That team is so valuable to the company. I will definitely use them again if I need to move anything!

We had this company come out and help us on 3 occasions. Now that we have all of our belongings in our new home and out of the storage unit they moved us into - there were furniture items with damage. This was noted on the final ticket/invoice to have a claim filed. My husband and I both called to check on the status of the claim and it seems they are screening their calls and will not return messages left by voicemail and now for at least the last week - their voicemail box is full. We even have pictures of one of the movers standing on our furniture!!! Something has happened recently with this company because we picked them for their rave reviews.

My movers were friendly guys. I had a local move, and they were able to get my bedroom stuff plus some other things moved quick fast and in a hurry with care! I'd recommend for sure.

The 3 movers were fantastic! All were very professional, polite and a joy to work with. The problem came in when the office person, Mercedes, did not do a good job when we initially requested service. She asked how many rooms and not the size of the furniture, therefore the truck was not big enough to hold all of our items. We are now making a second trip on our own with a trailer to complete the move. Mercedes also did not share all of the costs, the hidden costs. She failed to ask about a safe which costs us an additional $250 before they started loading. She then forgot to mention the extra fee for the 1 hour and 20 minute drive to our new location. Mercedes also told us supplies were included. Disappointingly this meant only pads, straps and dollies. We had to go out to buy extra items for the guys to get what they could get done like tape. We would definitely work with the young men again, but not with this company.

This was an absolutely awesome experience. The guys showed up a few minutes early and had great attitudes, especially since our starting location was a third floor - no elevator. Michael and Dustin made sure that everything was packed in such a way that nothing would be damaged in transit and not a single thing was even scratched, dented or dirty. They were extremely polite. Truly the best moving experience I have ever had. I will definitely be calling them the next time I move.

These guys made moving a breeze. They were on time, polite, respectful, and all around great guys! The move went off without a hitch. No scrapes, smudges, holes, nothing.. they stayed over time to help arrange a few pieces after a full day of moving in the summer heat. I'll definitely be calling them back for our next move!

Destin And Alex Made Getting My Things To Storage Seem Like A Breeze. They Were Very Welcoming And Engaged In Casual Conversation. Cody and Alex were extremely prompt, friendly, and professional. They took excellent care of all our belongings, even if it meant slowing down a bit in the blazing hot sun. Despite the heat and extra time, they did a wonderful job of helping us get all moved in and comfortable in our new home. I would definitely recommend and use this company again!

I've used Master Movers twice now and they've been great both times! They're always very communicative and professional.Cody and Marco were fantastic and careful with all my belongings. This is the second time Cody has helped us move. He is very communicative and creative. He had Stephen were fast and hard-working despite the heat and humidity. They had a few kinks with moving some of the items and they communicated very well and worked really hard to make it work.

We hired Master Movers for our move over Memorial Day weekend 2020 and they were awesome. We were moving from apartments within Nashville (2 bed to 1 bed). It was easy to schedule the move with Jennifer. We had Mike, Tanner, and Stephan as our crew and they were all great. Courteous, professional, and extremely efficient. They worked at a fast pace and got us moved all in about 2 hours, which was really nice for our schedule as well as for keeping the budget down! They treated our stuff with care, and we didn't have any pieces get damaged during the move. We were really nervous about hiring movers for the first time, but we had a great experience and we're planning to hire the same crew whenever we move again. We would recommend them to anyone looking to move in the Nashville area!

Master Movers was a great experience with professional results. I had a three man crew with Cody, Tanner, and Devin who all made quick work on the few items I had ready for them. If I asked something of them, they didn't question it, they just did it, that's what I like to see from a reputable company. While I only had a few large items and moved a relatively short distance away, I would still highly recommend Master Movers for any size move. I will certainly use this company again in the future. Thanks again for the quality experience!
