Would you ever think to look up moving laws when moving  out of State?  It’s okay most people wouldn’t. Hopefully your movers will know the laws.  But you would be surprised by the wacky laws you could come across.  You are so busy planning for your move, you may overlook the importance of knowing what’s on your truck.

1. The following plants are banned from Florida:
Australian pine
Suckering Australian pine
Water hyacinth
Hydrilla
Green hygro
Water spinach

Some states ban owning certain animals.  (I know crazy, right?)

2 . Animals banned in California:

Prairie dogs
Sugar gliders

3.Weird items that are Banned in Oregon
Smoke,  fog, haze machines
Air conditioners
Wireless network routers
Damaged or altered appliances

 Planning is everything when it comes to any move , across town or across the Country.

It can seem pretty overwhelming but it doesn’t have to be complicated.  Most of the time you will be fine with your everyday items.  Just check the State Laws where you are moving to.
