This co. doesn't care about you or your stuff. They run the clock up on purpose.They arrived late & couldn't work and talk at the same time a lot of furniture was broken & we ending up having to help move half the items in our apartment. I was injured trying to help and we ended up having to get our friends and family to assist with items a lot of items that were left behind. They charged us waaaay more than the quote. When I complained to the mgr. of the company she said she'd call me back its a month later and I still haven't heard back.

We used Master Movers for moving a storage unit as well as unloading 2 Pods (on separate occasions). We worked with 3 different teams on these moves. All of the moves went smoothly, our belongings were treated with care, and everything was done with expediency as well. Some movers drag their feet when they are being paid by the hour, but not the employees at Master Movers. They worked like the professionals they are! They saved us so much time, hassle, and headaches that I have already recommended them to friends and family. If we have any other moving needs, this is who we are calling for sure!!

Master Movers did an exceptional job moving my 97 year old mother to an assisted living facility. These young men were clean, neat and very respectful. They took very special care not to ding walls or door trim. They were very professional. They wasted no time, no playing around or talking on a cell phone. Damian and James were professional and kind. I say kind because we had an awkward move when moving my parents into assisted living. They were patient and answered every question with kindness, no matter how often it was asked. They are both strong as an ox and treated the furniture as if they were museum pieces. We had used Master Movers once before and I am glad we used them again.

Mike at Master Movers moved us for the second time, and he and his team, Mo, Terry, and Preston, were terrific! They were organized, efficient, cognizant of property, and moved all of our furniture/personal property without any damage! Master Movers are great. Michael was the bomb!!! His crew was awesome. Moved from Clarksville to Cookeville. They arrived, loaded and had me moved and set up in 5 hours (its 4 hours road time) total of 9 hours with the best moving crew I have had the pleasure of doing business with. They protected my belongs and even found something that I had been searching for and couldnt find. I could not recommend this company more! They moved everything from my one bedroom apartment 15 minutes away to the new house in under 2 hours. I was blown away! They were also friendly and careful with my belongings. Everything arrived in one piece and looked exactly the way it was before the move. Their prices are also very affordable.

These guys were amazing!! Their challenges were...moving a piano, rain, steep driveway ( not being able to get the truck up our driveway), and a slippery stone driveway.....and they did it flawlessly. They thought out each step before moving anything. They also took precautions to protect our home and property inside and out. Would I use these guys again....yes! Would I recommend them to my clients....yes! Thank you so much!! Your team was amazing!!

I arrived in Nashville, TN on Tuesday afternoon from North Carolina. Master Movers unloaded my van/truck Wednesday morning.They placed my furniture in requested rooms, they assembled my mattress and box spring and headboard, setting up the bedroom completely. They unpackaged my ironing board and set it up. They reassured me to relax, they had this; and, indeed they did!I had a restful night's sleep in my bed and up for a new position on Thursday morning at the firm as a new lawyer, clothes pressed :) I felt like I was working with "Special Forces" as their command of the operation was impeccable.

I used this company to move a two-bedroom apartment. I had everything boxed and beds / TVs broken down. I asked for three men and they send four. There lead guy upon arrival introduced himself and his men. The first thing he stated was we do accept tip but is not required. Two of the men were working there tails off while the lead guy just delegated orders and the other listened to his radio on full blast. While in transport to my new residence bleach was spilled on our sofa. The lead guy admitted to me that this had happened. At the time, the sofa color never faded but the next day you could tell it was noticeably lighter. I called and Jennifer said the guys should have not move any liquids and ask for photos. So, I sent photos and then she asks for a receipt. I sent it to her twice after she said she did not receive it. The bottom line I know have a sofa with a big bleach stain and they continue providing customers with subpar services.

I don't remember the names of the two guys we had, but they were very nice and friendly. And didn't complain once about the mountain of stairs they had to repeatedly climb. I know it's their job and everything, but it really was A LOT of stairs. They were quick and efficient. And handled our antique furniture with great care. My only complaint about the movers is that one of the guys clogged up our toilet before he left. They're moving all day, so I really don't mind that they used our restroom, but a curtesy flush or two would have been nice. No one wants to have to take care of someone else's clog...The quality of the move itself was exactly what we were hoping for. If we move again within the service area of Master Movers, we will mostly likely use them again.

I was thoroughly impressed with the services by Master Movers. Mike, Carlos and Preston were exceptionally courteous and extremely careful with all of our belongings. We moved locally into a new build, and not one item was damaged in the process. I have moved 8 times in the last 10 years, and this is the first time I've ever hired a moving company that did not break or damage either the items they were moving or the dwelling to which I was moving into. They arrived timely at 9 a.m. just as Jennifer said they would, and they left right at 12 p.m. We chose the option of having a three-man crew, which helped tremendously. Two of them loaded up the dollies while the other one packed the truck, so the time efficiency was impeccable. They worked the entire time and took no breaks. Jennifer was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable about exactly what size truck we needed and the size of the crew she thought would be beneficial for our type of move. We will definitely use Master Movers again and will recommend them to all of our friends and family.

Updated: The lies in the owners response to me are epic. Wow!!If I could give this company a negative five stars I would. This was the most horrendous move I have ever experienced. Let me preface the following by saying that I have moved about 18 times in my life and have dealt with a number of both local movers and national moving companies. This one has been the worst. The woman on the phone asked me how many bedrooms I had and how many square feet, that was it. I was told they would send three men and a large truck. I sold my house and had to be out the day they were to do the move as there were other people waiting to move in. First, they were supposed to be there at 9am and I received a call at 9am to tell me they would be there between 9:30 and 9:45am. Second, a couple of hours into the move they significantly damaged a $1,000.00 bookshelf that was part of a library unit. Each unit runs $1,000.00 a piece and there were five units. Upon further inspection, they damaged a second unit along with scraping it against the wall leaving a large beige paint mark across the top of the unit. Several other pieces of furniture had large scrapes across the wood damaging the surface. It took them TWELVE HOURS to move a 2,900 square foot house that had all boxes packed and minimal loose items to take. The only furniture they had to disassemble were two beds, a treadmill, disconnect washer and dryer and pull shelves out of bookshelf and china cabinet. No packing, no major disassembly. Here is where it gets really good. I had a Life fitness treadmill which is the type you normally find in gyms. They did not disassemble it and left it last to put on the truck. It is not a difficult disassemble, it requires a phillips screwdriver and a crescent wrench to get the top off. At around 6pm I am told the truck is full and they will have to come back for the treadmill and the items in the garage. A little while later I get a call that the first truck won’t go back to finish what was left because it would be too late. So, they sent a second truck to pick up the treadmill and the items in the garage. The second truck gets there and one of the guys asks me if I have a screwdriver. I said “no, not anymore”. The house is empty at this point, I have nothing. They load some of the stuff in the garage and mess around with the treadmill for about twenty minutes before they decide to inform me that they will not take the treadmill. It’s too heavy, insurance won’t cover it, and I have to call someone else to move it, nor do they take lawnmowers that have gas in them. Funny, the guys that delivered the treadmill to my house - there were two of them - didn’t seem to have a problem with moving the thing. That’s brilliant, really brilliant, nothing like waiting till the last minute to inform the customer that, oh by the way, we don’t take this, and we don’t take that. There is NOTHING on their website nor in the quote that they provide that informs customers that they do not take certain items. So, I’m left to frantically try to find someone a 7pm to try to help me move this treadmill out of the house. It cost me $4,000.00 to move my stuff 9 miles down the road. Over $2,000.00 for the move and another $2,000.00 in damage to my furniture. There were scrapes, nicks and bumps on multiple pieces of furniture. I expect a few but not this many. Not to mention the stress of being told sorry, we don’t take that, and you need to find someone else. In addition, they when they unloaded, they just dropped stuff wherever they dropped it. I had smaller light weight bookshelves and a desk that were supposed to go upstairs, and they left them all downstairs. I was not present for the unloading; my friend was at the house where the unload was taking place as I was at the other house dealing with the second truck. I did this same move two years ago from California to Tennessee with the exact same furniture and it went seamlessly with no damage whatsoever to any of my items. Say away, stay far away from this company if you want a stress free and damage free move.
